做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
