做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
