做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
