做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
