做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
