做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
