做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
