做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
