做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
