做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
