做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
