做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
