做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
