做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
