做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
