做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
