做法(fǎ ):洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
